After breakfast, we will start the journey towards Jispa crossing Atal tunnel. Atal Tunnel is a Newly built highway tunnel which connects Manali with Lahaul valley even in winters as we by-pass the mighty Rohtang Pass. After crossing Tunnel, the landscape changes drastically as we enter the Lahaul and Spiti District. The greenwood of the famous pine trees disappear and the barren slopes of the cold dessert takes over. We continue the ride towards Jispa crossing the quaint mountain towns of Sissu and Keylong. Arrive at the destination early in the evening and have an adventurous overnight stay in Camps / Hotel.

Day 3: Jispa – Tso kar (250 K/M- 10Hrs)

Highlights - Baralacha - la, Sarchu, Gata Loops, Lachulung La, and Morey Plains

Today you will ride towards Baralacha-la (16,050 ft) after crossing Darcha, Zing zing bar and beautiful mountains covered with snow and centuries old glaciers. When you descend down the Baralacha pass and you’ll reach beautiful Sarchu. After crossing Sarchu ride gets more adventurous and we will cross Lachulung la (16,598 ft), after seeing the unique landscapes of rugged mountains and mud which make this place photographers’ heaven. Finally, before moving towards Tso Kar Lake for the overnight stay, we cross the vast land of Morey Plains.

Day 4: Tso Kar - Leh (155 K/M - 4 Hrs)

Highlights - Tanglang La, Riding along Indus River

After Breakfast you start riding towards Leh, as soon as we hit the highway we start climbing the Tanglang La(5328m), the highest motorable pass on the Manali-Leh Highway. After Descending Tanglang - la we continue riding towards Leh along the mighty Indus River on the left side. Reach Leh in the noon and relax in the hotel.

Day 5: Leh

Highlights - Leh Market, Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace, Leh Palace,

Replenish your energies with a healthy breakfast and enjoy a relaxing day in Leh. The first half of the day is saved for a regular check-up of the bikes and the rest of the day can be spent visiting a few scenic and famous places in and around the city. Stop by the Leh Palace and enjoy the splendid panoramic views of the Stok Kangri Mountain range from the terrace. You may also choose to visit the Shanti Stupa and the local market to indulge in some shopping and try out the Ladakhi cuisine at the local eateries. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 6: Leh - Hunder/ Nubra Valley (140 K/M 5 Hrs)

Highlights - Khardungla Pass, Diskit Monastery

After a relaxed day in Leh, we continue our expedition and start riding towards Nubra Valley through what was considered the highest motorable road in the world i.e., Khardung La(5359m). The road towards the pass is well paved till the checkpoint near South Pullu and after crossing the checkpoint, the road starts to get slushy with loose gravels. Get yourself clicked after reaching Khardungla La and hit the road quickly as it is not safe to spend much time on top of the pass due to the high altitude and thin air. We stop for a quick lunch after descending down from the pass and then continue our journey. After riding for couple of hours, we take a brief stop at Diskit Monastery to visit the 32m high Maitreya Buddha statue. Our arrival in the valley will be welcomed by the white sand dunes and the sightings of the double-hump Bactrian camels grazing in the beautiful Nubra Valley. Stay overnight at the hotel/campsite.

Day 7: Hunder - Turtuk - Hunder

Highlights - Turtuk Village on the Banks of Shyok River

Today, you’ll travel to Turtuk considered as the last Indian village on the LOC, it is a small village on the banks of the Shyok River with unparalleled natural beauty. The place is culturally, linguistically and historically different from what you’ve seen till now in your Ladakh holiday as it falls under the Gilgit-Baltistan region. Even the landscape is different with dramatic narrow valleys and steep mountains, unlike Central Ladakh and Nubra. Comparatively, situated at a lower altitude than Leh, you’ll see green pastures here that yield fresh produce like apricots and apples, Later drive back to Hunder and stay overnight at the hotel/campsite.

Day 8: Hunder- Leh (140 K/M 5 Hrs)

After Lazy Breakfast ride back to Leh via Khardungla Pass and reach Leh around Lunch. Once you reach Leh it leisure time to explore the city or some souvenir shopping or you can completely sit back and relax at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Leh.

Day 9: Bid Adieu
