REGISTRATION

• Fill the registeration form available on www.maxperience.in. You an also download the hard copy of the form from the same website and mail the filled form alongisde the mandatory documents on team@maxperience.in
• Pay online at the link provided below the registration form. Pay by cheque/cash in favor of the Madcap Adventure Xperiences Pvt Ltd
• List of documents required to register:
  1. (A) Address Proof
  2. (B) Indeminity Bond (Format can be downloaded at the Website)
  3. (C) Driving License
  4. (D) Vehicle RC
  5. (E) Aadhar Card
  6. (F) Vehicle NOC (In case the expedition vehicle is not owned by the driver; Can be downloaded at the website)
  7. (G) Personal Insurance (3 Lakhs or above)

Inclusion

• The package includes:  Support vehicle, Certified Guide, Mechanic &  Assistant Mechanic,Certified Medic, Annapurna Zone Entry Permit, Restricted Zone Entry permit, Indian Vehicle Entry Permit to Nepal,  accommodation, meals.
• The package excludes: Air/Train fare, personal fuel costs, tips, personal expenses, vehicles, paid experiences, insurance, etc.

Eligibility Criterion: The Driver of the vehicle must hold a valid Indian Driving License. No such compulsions apply on the Co-Driver or additional touring adventurers.
